| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the lesson will be forfeited and no refund will be given. If the cancellation is made in advance, a make-up lesson can be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. |
| Rescheduling: | Rescheduling of a lesson must be done at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. If the rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson will be forfeited and no refund will be given. |
| Missed Lessons: | If a student misses a lesson without prior notice or without a valid reason, the lesson will be forfeited and no refund will be given. |
| Lesson Materials: | Students are responsible for purchasing their own lesson materials, including books and sheet music when required. |
| Liability: | While all reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of the student and their property during lessons, The teacher is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the lesson. |
| Termination: | The instructor reserves the right to terminate lessons at any time if the student’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. |
| Recording: | The recording of lessons is strictly prohibited without the instructor’s prior written consent. |
| Refund Policy: | Lessons are non-refundable unless the teacher fails to reschedule or attend the lesson |
